Both Anna and my favourite walk. While everyone raves about Squeaky Beach or the Lighthouse, this is the best easy gem in the area. This hike offers fantastic views without completely exhausting you.

Unlike some of the Prom’s more arduous treks, Mt. Bishop is a nice middle ground. It's not a stroll in the park, but it's also not an all-day epic that requires a gallon of electrolytes. The walk is 4km return from the Telegraph Saddle car park, making it a perfect 2~3 hour adventure.

The difficulty is rated as moderate. There’s a steady incline, and your calves will definitely know they’ve been to the Prom, but it’s manageable for most reasonably fit people. The path is well-maintained, a mix of compacted earth, some rocky sections, and even a few steps carved into the hillside. You'll be walking through eucalypt forest for a good portion, offering welcome shade on a sunny day and the chance to spot some local wildlife if you’re lucky and quiet.

Once you emerge from the tree line and scramble up a few final rocks, you're greeted with panoramic views that are just as good as Mt Oberon.

From the summit, you'll 360-degree vista of the Prom. On a clear day you'll get views of the islands just off the coast. As with all the walks, take water, snacks, and clothing for any weather.....its the prom after all.
